2. Quotations

All quotations provided by us are based on the information available at the time of the quotation.

Pricing may depend on factors including:

  • Product formula

  • Ingredients

  • Order quantity

  • Packaging

  • Printing requirements

  • Custom molds

  • Product specifications

  • Shipping destination

  • Raw material costs

  • Exchange rates

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not constitute a binding agreement until the order details, payment terms, and production requirements have been confirmed by both parties.

Quotations may be subject to expiration or revision.

3. Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the product, formula, packaging, customization requirements, and production method.

Custom formulas, packaging, molds, printing, or special ingredients may require higher minimum order quantities.

Please contact us for the applicable MOQ for your project.

4. Samples

We may provide product samples before bulk production.

Sample fees, customization fees, and shipping fees may apply.

Samples are intended to help customers evaluate product appearance, fragrance, texture, packaging, and other specifications.

Minor differences may occur between samples and bulk production due to normal manufacturing variations, raw material batches, packaging production, or other technical factors.

5. Custom Formulation

Custom formulations are developed based on the customer's requirements, feasibility, ingredient availability, production capabilities, and applicable manufacturing requirements.

Development fees may apply.

The final formula must be confirmed before bulk production.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, formulation development does not guarantee exclusivity.

6. Product Specifications

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming final product specifications before production.

Specifications may include:

  • Formula

  • Ingredients

  • Fragrance

  • Color

  • Product weight

  • Product dimensions

  • Shape

  • Logo

  • Label design

  • Packaging

  • Carton specifications

Production will normally begin only after the relevant specifications have been approved.

Once production begins, changes may result in additional charges, delays, or may no longer be possible.

7. Packaging and Artwork

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving packaging designs, artwork, trademarks, logos, ingredient information, product claims, and other printed materials before production.

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use all logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, and other materials provided to us.

We are not responsible for intellectual property disputes resulting from customer-provided materials.

8. Product Claims and Regulatory Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that product labeling, advertising, claims, registration, import requirements, and sale of products comply with the laws and regulations of their target market.

Regulatory requirements may differ by country or region.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, we do not guarantee that a product, label, formula, or claim will satisfy every regulatory requirement in every market.

Customers should obtain appropriate professional or regulatory advice when necessary.

9. Orders

An order is considered confirmed after the applicable product specifications, pricing, quantity, payment terms, and other commercial terms have been agreed.

We reserve the right to decline an order where:

  • Production is not technically feasible

  • Required materials are unavailable

  • The requested product or claim may violate applicable laws

  • Payment requirements are not met

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect production or delivery schedules.

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Quantity affected

We may request additional information before reviewing a claim.

14. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are customized or manufactured according to customer specifications, customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has been completed, except where otherwise agreed or where a verified manufacturing issue exists.

Sample orders, customized packaging, molds, printed materials, and specially sourced materials may also be non-refundable.
